PRESIDENT/CEO
Mr. McCurdy joined US Endovascular in February 2014 and brings over 25 years of management, strategic sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining the company, John served over 8 years as Vice President of Sales at Cardiva Medical. John spent 6 years prior to Cardiva as Vice President of Sales for Neothermia Corporation, now Intact Medical. Prior to joining Neothermia, he served one year as Director of Market Development for Guidant Corporation in the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Division. This followed the acquisition of CardioThoracic Systems, Inc. (CTS). While at CTS for 6 years, Mr. McCurdy served 3 years as Director of Market Development as well as Director of National and Corporate Accounts. Leading up to CTS, Mr. McCurdy was with FemRx and Cardiovascular Imaging System (acquired by Boston Scientific). Mr. McCurdy holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
COO/CFO
Mr. Vacha joined US Endovascular in November 2016 and brings over 20 years of management, finance and operational experience to the company. Prior to joining he served as President & CEO of Intact Medical Corporation (FKA Neothermia) for 7 years before being acquired by Medtronic. Prior to assuming the role of President and CEO he served as Vice President, CFO and Treasurer. During his tenure at Intact Medical he oversaw many aspects of the Company including Finance and Administration, Operations, MIS and Legal. Prior to joining Neothermia he served on the management team of Enermetrix, a privately held company servicing the needs of energy commodity brokers. He also worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP where his clients included closely held high-tech manufacturing start-up companies as well as large retail and manufacturing corporations.
Mr. Vacha is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. Mr. Vacha also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the South Boston Health Center

David Gardner joined US Endovascular in January 2014. Prior to joining US Endovascular, David has served the last 5 years as President of Veritas Interventional and the previous 10 years in various leadership positions in sales, sales operations, marketing, business development with Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., Foxhollow Technologies, Inc., Cyberonics, Inc., and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Director Marketing
Aris McCurdy is a Marketing Specialist who graduated in the spring of 2023 from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with a Master of Science degree in Marketing. During this time, she interned at MCA Connect, helping them update their messaging across all their website content and sales materials to build brand awareness and achieve a cohesive brand image. Prior to this, she attended the University of Denver from 2018 to 2022 and received her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Political Science.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Timothy Martin, MD, has been practicing cardiovascular medicine since 1992. He serves as the division chief of the Medical Group Specialty Division and is the medical director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), echo/vascular lab, cardiopulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation. Dr. Martin specializes in invasive and diagnostic cardiac catheterization, permanent pacemaker and ICD implantation, peripheral vascular intervention, echocardiograms, nuclear stress testing and clinical research trials.
